I've been diving with Seawolf suits since 1996. I can dive with anything I want to, but I've chosen Seawolf for a number of reasons.
It keeps me warm. It is uncomplicated. It saves me a heck of a lot of money over a drysuit. It's very stretchy and comfortable.
It conforms to my body so I glide through the water with noticeably less resistance over the drysuits I've tried. It is
easy to get in and out of, because of the special nylon lining.
The easy glide nylon loop lining is almost impossible to find nowadays and is worth the extra cost. The lining is totally
comfortable and I wear the suit all day long, while boat diving. Other suits I've had were not so kind to me. The loop lining is
reported to be up to 5% warmer than most titanium liners. The loops tend to trap warm water in micro pockets and prevent flushing
associated with most smooth nylon wet suit linings. This warm suit has allowed me to dive year-round in water temperatures as low as 46°F.
The final benefit is that I drink a lot of coffee and, over the years, I found that the nylon loop lining has taken this abuse without incurring any odors.
If you'd like to give this suit a try, no problem - we have 35 of them in our rental fleet. If that's not convenient, just order one - you won't be sorry.
