Scott, After a whole summer of diving with the Brooks Seal Suit you sold me, I can't believe I waited so long to get into dry suit diving. I cannot forget the first time I stepped into Puget Sound with it on. No cold rush! I know, all the dry suit divers in the popular expression are saying "Duh!" But, I had no idea how comfortable I could be. I have only used the thermal underwear that came with it once. Throughout the summer I have dove for the most part with shorts and a T-shirt underneath. I have been completely warm and comfortable. I suppose when our winter sets in I will dawn the thermals, but I sure haven't needed them yet. The suit is so easy to dive in, that I don't even need ankle weights. I particularly like the exhaust valve being on the forearm. I have learned how to set the valve so on my ascents, I just lift my hand as a school boy asking a question and exhaust the proper amount of air with a simple gesture. As you know I had done one dive with a dry suit with the exhaust valve on the upper arm and I much prefer the forearm position. One more thing on the concept of dry suit diving. Getting out and just slipping my tennis shoes back on and heading to the restaurant with my friends is such a pleasure. I am very grateful for your advice and service in the purchase of my Brooks drysuit. After diving weekly with it all summer and into this fall, I would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone!
Thanks Again,
