In order to better serve our customers through the Internet, we have developed the following ordering procedures.

Ordering Procedures

1. Call DDS at (206) 298-6998 during our regularly scheduled hours or e-mail to speak to a sales representative. We are open from 9A.M. to 7P.M Mondays thru Saturdays and from 12P.M. to 4P.M. on Sundays.

   The sales representative will ask you for the following information:

   • The product you are interested in.
   • Your name, address, phone number, and credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express) information. This information will be verified. We also accept wire transfer of funds.
   • Whether you have any other questions about that product?

      

2. For additional safety and security, your sales representative will also ask for information regarding your diving certification agency and card number.

    

3. You will be asked to confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our return policy. (See Below)

    

4. Your order will be shipped out within 24 hours of your call.

1. Shipping and handling fees for UPS Ground Service within the continental U.S.; $5.00 C.O.D. fee.

2. Handling and cross town courier service to the U.S. Post Office is $15.00 to $30.00, if applicable.

    

3. Shipping outside the continental U.S. is on a per item basis.

    

Internet-based sale Return Policy

All used equipment is inspected by our technicians before being offered for sale. Please keep in mind, however, that it is sold to you "as-is", without any specific guarantees. If you are unhappy with the merchandise, please call (206) 298-6998 to ask for a Return Authorization Number. Equipment will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. The equipment must be returned in the original box, unused and undamaged. The equipment must be postmarked or otherwise turned over to a carrier within 24 hours of delivery. We feel that this gives our customers enough time to look the equipment over, determine if the products will suit their needs, and even run it down to their local dive shop for an inspection. We recommend that all dive equipment be inspected by your local scuba technician prior to initial use. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits for Custom Products or other Special Orders.

• Sold items are currently updated about once a week. There is no guarantee that the item you are interested in hasn't already sold.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Quantities may be limited.

• Merchandise not in stock requires Special Ordering.

• Internet prices may not reflect the in-store prices.

• C.O.D. orders require money order or cashier's check.
