        10:00 AM to 6:00 PM  - Monday thru Friday
      10:00 AM to 4:00 PM  - Saturday
      12:00 PM to 4:00 PM  - Sunday

Methods of payment for U.S. orders include: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Bank to Bank Wire transfer, certified bank check, COD (with certified bank check), and Spanish Doubloons (or other underwater treasure).

Methods of payment for international orders include: Bank to Bank Wire transfer or certified bank check. Paypal is accepted from Canada and England.

Shipping Information

Orders are customarily shipped by UPS - other methods are available. Please consult with your sales person concerning your shipping needs and to obtain a shipping estimate. 

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you receive, a full refund (minus shipping and handling and credit card processing fees) is available if equipment is returned in the original box, unused and undamaged and postmarked or otherwise turned over to a carrier within 48 hours of delivery.

Please call (206) 298-6998 to ask for a Merchandise Return Authorization Number prior to shipment. Equipment will not be accepted without a Merchandise Return Authorization Number. Custom products and  special orders are not returnable.
