        9:00 AM to 7:00 PM  - Monday thru Thursday
      10:30 AM to 7:00 PM  -  Friday
      10:30 AM to 5:30 PM  - Saturday
      12:00 PM to 4:00 PM  - Sunday

Methods of payment for U.S. orders include: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Bank to Bank Wire transfer, certified bank check, COD (with certified bank check), and Spanish Dubloons (or other underwater treasure).

Methods of payment for international orders include: Bank to Bank Wire transfer or certified bank check. Paypal is accepted from Canada and England.

Shipping Information

Orders are customarilly shipped UPS Ground and include $150 of FREE UPS insurance. The UPS fees shown on the right are general guides that may fluxuate due to changing discounts, costs, or other factors. 

Additional carriers and other methods of shipment are available, including overnight and two or three day express. Please consult with your sales person concerning your shipping needs and to obtain a shipping estimate. 

Return Policy

(Internet Sales)

If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you receive, a full refund (minus shipping and handling and credit card processing fees) is available if equipment is returned in the original box, unused and undamaged and postmarked or otherwise turned over to a carrier within 48 hours of delivery.

Please call (206) 298-6998 to ask for a Merchandise Return Authorization Number prior to shipment. Equipment will not be accepted without a Merchandise Return Authorization Number. C ustom products and  special orders are not returnable.

Orders over $450 will not be returnable unless the buyer has faxed a signed and dated copy of the return policy to Discount Divers Supply.
