      10:30 AM to 7:00 PM  - Monday thru Friday
      10:30 AM to 5:30 PM  - Saturday
      12:00 PM to 4:00 PM  - Sunday

Methods of payment include: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Bank to Bank Wire transfer, certified bank check, COD (with certified bank check), and Spanish Dubloons (or other underwater treasure).

Methods of payment for international orders include: Bank to Bank Wire transfer or certified bank check.

Shipping Information

Orders are normally shipped UPS Ground and include $150 of FREE UPS insurance.

Shipping discounts available, please consult with your sales person for exact shipping costs.

Return Policy

(Internet Sales)

If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you receive, a full refund (minus shipping and handling and credit card processing fees) is available if equipment is returned in the original box, unused and undamaged and postmarked or otherwise turned over to a carrier within 48 hours of delivery.

Please call (206) 298-6998 to ask for a Merchandise Return Authorization Number prior to shipment. Equipment will not be accepted without a Merchandise Return Authorization Number. Call for policies regarding custom products or other special orders.

Items priced over $450 will not be shipped until the buyer has faxed a signed and dated copy of the return policy to Discount Divers Supply.
